Why us
We do not build this to cut headcount. We build it to give time back to the work that needs a person to decide.
Why we put this company here
Thai manufacturing and distribution competed for a long time on headcount and on how fast people could work. That is quietly changing. Labour costs are rising and the working-age population is shrinking.
Over the same years AI became genuinely usable. But the companies using it well are the ones that can keep specialists on staff. The mid-sized companies that actually carry this economy have been left out. The gap is not the technology. It is that nobody has built it to fit them.
Collect the requirements, build somewhere else, and what comes back is something nobody opens. Build from scratch for every client, and the price never comes within reach of a mid-sized company. So we put a company here that does both: engineers who work inside the operation, and a way to carry what repeats forward as product.
01
What we do
We are not selling hours. We are selling work that was stuck and now moves.
Our engineers work inside the operation and separate what can be handed over from what still needs a person. We do not stop at a prototype. Where the same shape turns up at several companies, we carry it as a product.
02
People who build, not people who write proposals
This team was not assembled to produce documents.
The person who talks to users, the person who writes the code, and the person who watches it afterwards are on the same team in Bangkok. Whoever writes it also lives with it.
03
Solved where the work happens
Nobody knows what needs building better than the person doing the job every day.
We do not start by reading documents. We watch the work, then decide together from something that already runs. If it turns out not to be worth building, we say so and stop there.
04
The judgement stays with people
We do not hand everything to a machine.
Reading, copying, cross-checking: a machine can take those. But anything that lands on a person comes back in a form a person can decide on, and you can check afterwards how it got there. If the data cannot leave, we run it inside.
05
Where we are going
What only large companies can afford should be within reach of everyone else.
A company with no specialists on staff should still be able to run a system shaped to its own work. We want that to be ordinary for mid-sized companies in this country. Carrying each answer forward as a product is how we get there.
