Privacy notice

Nameless (Thailand) is the controller of personal data collected through this site. Our address and contact details are at the foot of this page.

Contact form: your name, email, company, phone number and the message you write.

Job application form: your name, email, phone, the role applied for, years of experience, current location, right to work, any links you supply, and the message you write. We do not accept file uploads on this site.

AI assistant: the messages you type and the answers the system generates.

Downloading the operations note: your email address and the options you selected. We do not keep the free-text note you wrote.

LINE: your display name and the messages you send to our official account.

The guided hearing on LINE: your LINE user ID and the options you selected, kept for thirty days so the contact form can carry them over, then deleted automatically.

Reaction buttons: we record that this device has reacted, using a random identifier in a cookie. It is not tied to your identity.

Usage measurement: values your browser sends as a matter of course, such as the page opened, browser type and referrer.

We do not store IP addresses in readable form. We store a hash salted with a value that changes every day, used only to limit repeated submissions and prevent abuse. Hashes from different days cannot be linked to each other.

Replying to you as you asked. The legal basis is performance of your request.

Considering your job application. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Keeping the service secure and preventing abuse. The legal basis is legitimate interest.

Improving the site and our services. The legal basis is legitimate interest.

Contact form data: kept as long as needed for the conversation and whatever follows from it.

Job application data: kept for one year from submission, then deleted automatically.

AI assistant conversations: kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically.

Email addresses given to download the operations note: kept for one year, then deleted automatically.

LINE conversations: held in LINE's own systems under their terms. We delete our side once the enquiry is closed.

We use external providers for sending email, bot protection, usage measurement, a language model provider for the AI assistant, and LINE for our official account. They process data only on our instructions.

What you type into the AI assistant is sent to the language model provider to produce an answer. Please do not type confidential information into the chat.

We do not sell personal data.

Some providers process data outside Thailand, including Japan, where our Nameless Tokyo is based. We transfer only what the purposes above require.

You may request access, a copy, correction, erasure, suspension of use, object to processing, and withdraw consent.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
